Naomi Alexis

Midwife | Lactation Consultant

RN, RM, IBCLC

My Story

I am a Perth-based Registered Midwife, and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 15 years of experience across the full spectrum of maternity care and supporting families in the early days of parenthood. As a mother of three, I’ve faced my own feeding challenges and understand how overwhelming, emotional, and deeply personal this journey can be.

A special chapter in my journey was my time in the Democratic Republic of Congo with HEAL Africa, where I witnessed the incredible strength of mothers and the beauty of new beginnings. Those experiences continue to shape how I support families today, helping each parent feel seen, supported, and nurtured in their feeding journey.

At Latch Wise, I provide a safe, calm space where you can ask questions, share concerns, and feel empowered, whether your feeding experience is going to plan or far from what you imagined. You are the expert on your baby. My role is to walk alongside you with practical, evidence-based support, empathy, and personalised care, helping you feel confident and empowered to thrive in your unique journey as a parent. My hope is that after our consultation, you feel able to make informed choices, care for your baby with clarity and ease, and trust in yourself.
