1. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments booked online must be paid online in advance.

• If your appointment is booked manually, payment must be made on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer require the service, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Emergency cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Notification must be received by 8:00am on the day of the appointment.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are not available for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.​

By booking a consultation with Latch Wise, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the following purposes:

• Administrative purposes – to manage and operate our lactation consulting services efficiently.

• Billing purposes – including compliance with Medicare, private health insurers, or other relevant entities.

• Healthcare coordination – with your consent, we may share your information with other healthcare professionals involved in your care.

• Legal and regulatory compliance – including reporting notifiable diseases where required by law.

• Reminders and communication – we may contact you via email, SMS or phone call regarding appointment reminders, follow-ups, or important health-related information.​
